Mark your calendars for the fall book sale, September 22-25

A huge thank you to all the dedicated volunteers that helped make the 2026 spring book sale a success.

919.5 volunteer hours were recorded, emphasizing what it takes to set up in two days, manage a 4-day sales event, then clean up and vacate in one day. Several volunteers worked 10-hour shifts for 6 days.

People from all over Texas, pulling wagons, carrying multiple bags and boxes came to shop for books, audio books, CD's, puzzles, artwork, toys and more. Many people came multiple days, finding new items and making multiple purchases.

The spring 2026 book sale grossed $32,202.10, a 14.45% increase over the 2025 spring book sale. Funds raised will be donated to the Arlington Public Library System.

The fall book sale will be September 22-25, 2026 at First United Methodist Church in Arlington.
